1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using ScoutVision, you agree to these terms. If you're using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you're authorized to bind it.
2. The service
ScoutVision processes the footage you upload to produce transcriptions, player detection, cuts, and branded highlight reels. Features may change as the product evolves.
3. Your content & responsibilities
You retain ownership of the footage you upload. You're responsible for having the rights and any necessary consents to record and process the individuals shown, and for using the output lawfully.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use ScoutVision to upload unlawful content, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
5. Plans & billing
Paid plans and pricing are not yet published. When billing is introduced, applicable fees and terms will be presented before you subscribe.
6. Video retention & deletion
Exported reels and their source footage are stored for 7 days after the reel is ready (or 24 hours after you download it, whichever comes first) and are then permanently deleted from our servers. You'll receive an email when your reel is ready so you can download it within that window. Download anything you want to keep.
7. Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
8. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided 'as is' without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, ScoutVision is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
