1. Information we collect
Account details you provide (name, email, organization), the video footage and related metadata you upload, and basic usage and device information needed to operate the service.
2. How we use your information
To provide ScoutVision: transcribing sessions, detecting players, cutting footage, generating reels, and supporting your account. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Video content & processing
Your video content is stored privately and is never sent to third-party AI services — transcription and analysis run on our own infrastructure (see DECISIONS.md, ADR-003). Original uploads are immutable; processing always writes new files.
4. Data sharing
We share data only with infrastructure providers that help us run the service (e.g. cloud storage, error monitoring), under contract and only as needed to operate ScoutVision.
5. Data retention
We retain your data while your account is active. Inactive organizations are warned at 90 days and deleted at 120 days. You can delete your account at any time from settings.
6. Your rights
You can access, export, and delete your data. Use 'Export my data' to download a copy, and 'Delete account' to erase your account and associated content permanently.
